In order to achieve this objective, we put an extremely high priority on maintaining the highest quality and reliability of products and services while continually working to improve on our performance. It is our Policy to establish, maintain and update as required, an effective and efficient Quality Management System planned and developed over time in conjunction with other Management functions. The Quality Management System has established procedures in accordance with this Policy for the review and evaluation of Quality Objectives, ensuring that they are communicated and understood by all staff members within the Company and by its Customers.
The Quality Assurance Manual describes how the Project Quality Management System is designed to ensure that all Quality Service requirements are recognised, controlled and maintained.
Our Quality System therefore meets these requirements and is consistent with ISO 9001: 2008 - Quality Management Systems and will establish quality goals for the purpose of continued improvement across all Company operations.
